By downloading, installing, or using Family Ledger ("the App"), developed by Polash Mahmud, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Family Ledger is a personal and household finance management application that allows you to track expenses, set budgets, manage bills, capture receipts, and optionally back up data to your own Google Drive.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
You agree not to misuse the App, including attempting to gain unauthorized access to other users' data, reverse-engineering the App, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
You retain ownership of the financial records, photos, and other content you add to the App. You grant us a limited license to store and process this content solely to provide the App's features to you.
Family Ledger is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that it constitutes financial advice. Budgeting suggestions from the AI assistant are informational only and should not be treated as professional financial advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including data loss, except where caused by our gross negligence.
You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
